Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
o 5-7 years experience required.
o Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization (such as the Project Management Institute--PMI) highly desired.
o Experience with a major ERP system implementation such as SAP, Oracle or JDEdwards highly desired.
o Experience with a WMS such as Manhattan or Red Prairie highly desired.
o Airline Industry and MRO experience highly desired.

o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

o Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
o Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

o Ability to lead and motivate people, encourage team work, and interact with all levels of the organization.
o Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Create and review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
o Create and maintain project documentation such as WBS, Budget, Communication Plan, and Risk Management Plan.
o Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess technology needs and system requirements
o Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
o Evaluate proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
